Seven more cases of COVID-19 over the weekend in Nodaway County


MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway County Health Department announced seven more cases of COVID-19 in the county over the weekend.

The Health Department says this now brings the total number of cases in the county up to 193. Of the 193, 162 are no longer in isolation. Health officials add that 11 individuals have been hospitalized, and six have since been released.

Officials say there is increased community transmission of COVID-19, and they strongly urge residents to continue social distancing measures and practice good hygiene.
